Fleet Development

Naviora is currently developing its presence in the dry bulk sector, with the objective of building its own fleet through a selective and disciplined vessel acquisition strategy.

Our approach is focused on identifying vessels with sound technical condition, strong commercial potential and sustainable operating characteristics, taking into consideration their age, construction quality, maintenance history, trading flexibility and long-term value.

Each potential acquisition is evaluated from both a technical and commercial perspective, with particular attention to the vessel's actual condition, expected operating costs, required capital expenditure and employment prospects.

Our objective is not growth for the sake of numbers. We aim to build a well-managed and sustainable dry bulk fleet, growing gradually while maintaining the hands-on management philosophy and owner's mentality that define Naviora.

Alongside the development of our own fleet, Naviora remains open to the management of selected third-party vessels where our management philosophy and the owner's objectives are aligned.
